About

I am Rahul Yadav.

Small town. College dropout. No connections and no degree. Today I build for an Inc. 5000 company, for leaders in their industry, and for personal brands whose businesses run on what I make.

A $500,000 event. A course that went from one sale a day to five. If you already know your work is better than the people outselling you, that gap is the thing I close.

The story

A dial-up connection and a second-hand laptop.

In my family the future was already decided. Doctor or engineer. Where I grew up those aren't careers, they're the two acceptable answers to a question nobody asks you.

While my parents talked about degrees and resumes, I was teaching myself Photoshop off pirated tutorials, on a connection that dropped every few minutes and a laptop somebody else had finished with. Nobody taught me. There was no one around to ask.

Then I dropped out. From the outside that looked like quitting. It wasn't. It was a bet on myself, placed at an age where I had nothing else to put on the table.

Then came the part nobody warns you about.

I got good at graphics. Hundreds of them, then thousands. And I watched a lot of them fail.

Not because the design was bad. Because the ad was pointing at a page that couldn't hold anybody. I had done my job perfectly and the client still lost money. If you have ever paid for something good and watched it produce nothing, you already know that feeling from the other side.

So I learned pages.

Then the pages converted, and the leads sat in an inbox for two days until they went cold. Same feeling, one link further down the chain. So I learned the follow-up, and then the automation that answers at midnight because a person can't.

Every skill I have exists because the one before it wasn't enough. I didn't choose five services off a menu. I kept chasing the money to the exact place it was leaking, and by the time I looked up I had learned the whole chain.

Here is what that means for you.

Most people you hire own one link. They do their part correctly, hand you the result, and when it breaks somewhere else that isn't their problem. You are left holding a beautiful ad, a page that leaks, and no idea which one cost you the sale.

I have been on the wrong side of every link in that chain. I know where it fails, because I have been the one who failed it. So when your numbers are down, you get a diagnosis instead of a guess.

When Jay Feldman's company made the Inc. 5000, when Neel Dhingra filled a room in Las Vegas, when Arjun Dhingra sold seats to a mastermind, they were running on things I built. Rudy Mawer, Mike Vestil, the same. These are people who could hire anyone.

The uncomfortable part.

You are almost certainly not being out-worked. You are being out-packaged.

The person taking the clients that should be yours is usually not better than you. They are just easier to believe at a glance. Their page looks like a company. Yours looks like a talented person who has been too busy doing the actual work.

That is a brutal thing to accept when you have spent years earning the expertise. It is also the most fixable problem you have, and it is the only one I work on.

Your reputation is already built. My job is making it show up, so the authority you have earned finally reads as authority to a stranger who has never heard of you.

What I built, and what it actually did.

Every number below came from the client, not from me.

Also: Rudy Mawer's done for you coaching funnel, which did $200,000 in its first month, Jay Feldman's Lead Gen Insiders funnel at $100,000+ in organic course sales, plus agency, fitness and coaching funnels. See all of it →

Event work

The graphics that filled the room.

I did not speak at these events. I made the graphics that sold the tickets.

Forward Event, Las Vegas, at Resorts World. Gary Vaynerchuk and Jamie Kern Lima were on that stage. I was the one designing the promo material that got people into the seats. That is a smaller claim than the names suggest, and it is the true one.

What they said

Real words from real clients.

Jay Feldman

Lead Gen Jay · Two Comma Club winner

“Before working with Rahul, I was only selling around one course a day. He came in, fixed everything, and now I'm consistently selling five courses every day!”

Arjun Dhingra

Founder & CEO, LFG Energy Society

“Thanks to Rahul, I connected with a much larger audience of potential customers, many of whom converted into paying attendees. His expertise and collaborative approach were invaluable, I truly consider him a business partner.”

Neel Dhingra

Founder & CEO, Forward Academy

“Rahul has been one of the best people I've worked with for years. If you're considering partnering with him, I highly recommend it.”
“His creatives paid for themselves in just 72 hours. If you're running ads and not using Rahul, you're leaving money on the table.”
Rudy MawerMawer Capital
“We lowered our cost per lead by 20% just by switching to Rahul's creatives.”

Two Comma Club
Two Comma Club award

Jay won the Two Comma Club. I built the funnels that got him there.

The award goes to a funnel that has crossed a million dollars in sales. It is his award and I am not going to pretend otherwise. I am telling you because a million dollars ran through pages I designed, and that is a fact you can weigh however you like.

What I do

Find the link where you're losing them.

Each one exists because the link above it wasn't enough on its own. Most people arrive needing one and leave having needed two. Almost nobody needs all five, and I will tell you which ones you can skip.

Where I started

Graphic design

Event graphics, ad creative, social promos, launch assets. Over a thousand creatives so far, for stages in Las Vegas and feeds nobody scrolls past.

Because the graphic was pointing somewhere

Funnel design

Sales pages, registration flows, checkouts. The full path from a stranger arriving to a card being charged, written and designed and wired up in whatever tool you already pay for.

Because one page isn't a business

Web design

Full sites for people whose whole business runs through one address. Fast, legible, and built so you are not held hostage by a page builder.

Because leads go cold in two days

AI automation

The work that runs on memory rather than judgment. Answering a new lead in the same minute it arrives, keeping a database warm, surfacing who is worth a call. The human still has every conversation that matters.

Where I practice on myself

Content

I publish design and funnel breakdowns most days to a hundred and twenty thousand people. It keeps me honest. You cannot fake taste in public for four years.

Where else you'll find me.

I post funnel and design breakdowns to 120,000+ people on Instagram, most days.

If you are the best kept secret in your market.

That is a fixable problem, and it is the one I am good at. Tell me where you think you are losing people and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
